This makes a lot of sense, because I thought it was a hold up on keenum?s end. I would absolutely take Durkin or Blake Baker if neither are retained by their new employers.

Again, it would be ridiculous for me to tell you to personally fund that extra $7.5 million yourself if you want to see it.

But how is that any different than the standard Lebby supporter line of "you can't criticize him if you can't afford to pay his buyout yourself" ?

No one ever said that you had to buy him out yourself. But you can contribute what you can!

And you can still criticize him if you want to. No one has ever told you that you can't either.

People are telling you the reality of how college sports works nowadays and you can accept it or not.

It will all depend on who LSU hires. If they hire say, Lincoln Riley, I could see them keeping Blake. Same with Joe Brady. If they were to hire a Jon Sumrall, I could see Blake moving on.

And most of their fans want to keep Baker. So I would guess the odds of him staying there are pretty high.

That will be a turn off to some coaches. Oddly enough I actually think it could work in their favor with Lane. Pete is not going with him to Baton Rouge so he will need a DC.

What is the issue with Art? Its not like he was the one that assaulted these girls. Hell Alabama put a person on the court that they knew took part in and helped execute a murder. Let that sink in a minute. Then an NBA team drafted that kid. He brought the gun to the guy, and then used his car to block the girls escape so she could be gunned down. And we are worried about Art? Hell, Hugh Freeze was buying hookers for underage recruits and Liberty and Auburn hired him knowing that.

I just went back and read about the story. Art lost his job. The board of Directors were blocking for the "Brand". Art got a settlement from the University when he sued them for wrongful termination. So..... it seems like Art wasn't the one actively covering for sexual assault, but the top brass.
