People seem to forget the 2013 Egg Bowl...

People were out on Mullen headed into that game. We won, and everyone changed their tune in about 5 minutes.

Actually, most people supported Mullen throughout his whole career. I remember there was a loud, vocal minority who wanted him replaced in 2013, but it wasn't close to a majority.

If we had a hint of an OL or DL.....let's just say OL...I would have some glimmer of hope.

After losing the egg bowl in 2012, and losing to South Alabama to start the season and the roll that the bears were on in recruiting and we were 5-6 headed into that game, we had a lot of people that wanted him out.

The South Alabama loss happened in 2016.

I actually agreed with DM?s pass against LSU his first year......after years of conservative play calling losing games (see emory Bellards EB record).....it was a breath of fresh air to ?go for it?. But the tail spin at the end of 14 still haunts me......Freezing at Bama and the debacle with no DC at the Ditch was kind of the icing on the cake.......That was awful for a team that could, would, shoulda been in the playoffs.
