It's time to bite the bullet and accept that MSU will not be able to compete with the big boys of the SEC while following how they run their programs. No matter how much we wish MSU cannpt afford a wanna-be head coach who was a coordinator elsewhere. We need a proven head coach from a lower level program who has proven success as a head coach. We have seen since Croom that top coordinators cannot coordinate all sides of a program. Elevate someone who has performed the job at a lower level, not someone who has just run one side of the game.

Our lines suck, playcalling was bad, special teams is still a disaster, and I really feel like we gave up tonight.

Both QBs have a lot of learning to do. Unfortunately one of them is a 6th year senior. He makes some good passes and makes some bad, which is fine for a Freshman. Unfortunately he is 24 yrs old. It is just time to make the switch. It will not make things any better, and probably, will make things worse. But we need to see what we have. We need to see if we need a bonafide starter out of the portal or a high level back up.

What’s your opinion on Lebby? If we start well next year does he get fan support back? Short of an EB win, pretty much think he’s lost a lot of folks
