I know this board as covered why State fans are not great supporters of the team, but I think we are seeing tonight why support is weak. We have administrations that aren't willing to pull the plug on bad decisions. State has the lowest athletic budget in the conference, and that should require administrators who are willing to think outside the box. You cannot tell me that the only possible candidate Selmon could find was someone he already knew. Dangit, time to drop the Good Ole Boy netwoek and get someone willing to do things different. And waiting three years is no longer allowable in this age of NIL.
