I thought he called out Brian Kelly agent? That isn't sexton.

And he was right about sexton having a conflict. You can't represent two candidates who want the same job without having a conflict.

I took that to be the agent representing possible candidates, and I don?t think the coaches or the agent care if anyone thinks there is a conflict of interests. But by calling him out that idiot Guvna might have shrunk the candidate pool and at least made them much harder to deal with.

If we can deliver $25 million in NIL for Lebby and the coaches they can put together a team from what's about to be in the Portal that could be a playoff contender. No joke.
25 mil in nil in addition to rev share. Ain't happening.

    Yeah, that?s hilarious.

How much is invested in the roster without NIL?

Rev share a tad over 15. Then there is clearly a need and we have some nil in top. But some of that will be for people that want it to go to hooos and baseball. And ain't no way we are coming up w 15 mil more much less 25 for football

What would be a good number? 15 from rev share then another 10 from NIL? 25 mill spent the right way, with a good staff, seems like it could get us into the playoffs.

We really do not need to give much at all to baseball tbh. Let O Connor fundraise that money with the baseball only boosters. He can get plenty from them. I have said for 5 years, and especially since Rev Share went into effect, that you need to spend 90-95 percent of that money on football and mens basketball because those are the revenue producers on campus. The other sports need to be almost fully NIL funded. Obviously we cannot do that because baseball is more important here than all but about two other places in the country but we just cannot be giving them very much at all of the rev share money

The rumor at Auburn currently is Durkin is the failsafe option if the top three or four coaches say no.

A couple of AU insiders have told podcasters that there is interest brewing with Kenny Dillingham. That would be interesting if true.

I don?t think that his experience there would leave any warm fuzzy feelings for the prettiest village on the plain.

Right now the top guy on Auburn's and Arkansas's list is Jon Sumrall per Brandon Marcello. He thinks Sumrall ends up at one of them and it's probably Auburn.

That cat matches MSU way more than he does Auburn and their snooty somewhat football knowledge culture.
