To fix this, we need to look higher up in the university hierarchy and start there.

It's not that bad yet. Lord knows if my grand daughter plays softball, I'll love it. Other than that though, I couldn't care less about softball

I don’t care whose fault it is coaches, players, bat girls or whatever I’m just tired of losing.

If you're ever hungry, put on the other teams colors, take a stroll out there and you'll be fed like a king.
As long as you agree to tweet about it though.

Yep. We've been competitive in both games. Get the third one and things won't seem so bleak.

No, not always. 2022 and 2023 we were on par with Missouri.

For sure. And it's a hell of a long way between feeding an opposing team when you're winning versus losing. Winning with grace vs thank you, sir, may I have another?

Order up for game 2. And Valaah guess who is batting 5th. Dam thought Lemon might move him to 3rd after that oustanding clutch hitting in game one. Stallman leading off. Lemon saving Freis for his Hattenburg moment. Or for us grey hairs his Reggie Jackson moment.

I haven't posted in months but I'm the most vocal "fire Lemo" person on here so I'll address this:
I wanted Lemo fired after '23. 2 straight seasons of missing the SEC tourney = he aint it. He just isn't. C34 told me how great the team was we'd have in '24 and I said my biggest fear was that Lemo would be just good enough to keep his job for '25, but because "he ain't it", we'd under perform and waste every season with him.
Now, did we do OK last year? Yeah, and I said that at that point (being a 2 seed and ranked to end the year) he should come back for '25. The time to fire him was after '23, you can't do it after '24.
BUT, and here's the BUT here, is Lemo "it"? Does anyone here believe he's the guy? No. His ceiling is to create a host bubble team, his floor is missing the NCAAT altogether. It's unlikely he'll get us back to Supers, much less Omaha. This is EXACTLY what me and others feared would happen if we didn't fire him after '23- he'd limp along with mediocre seasons. I've been checked out this season but I'm not seeing evidence I'm wrong.

Well my thing is, I don't care if you feed them before or after the game. But when the first pitch crosses home plate, they're the team you're trying to beat. You give their players hell, you don't fraternize with their families, you don't get on to our fans giving their players hell because their parents are in the lounge. It's just so stupid. People need to start hate coming to The Dude again, not fasting for their meals.

I watch them exclusively now. They play hard, don't crumble when they make mistakes, and are actually competitive. Baseball under Lemo has lost my attention. He wants it back? Make a Super this year

Nah. We could win 100-0 in game 3 and I'm still going to be upset about this series.

Texas is our new Florida. We won't be beating them in anything. Oh, and Florida will still Florida to us.

You aren't wrong. Lem is an average to good coach. To win consistently in the SEC you need a near elite coach. Also, we are missing on too many of the top guys in the portal to be an elite team. This year we added a couple of nice hitters but we all knew we really needed a proven SEC level starting pitcher out of the portal at minimum and we didn't get one.

Obviously if you just look at wins and losses, our record is fine right now, but if you look at how and why it's happening, in that our team is mentally and fundamentally weak and has been for years, you know that the problem is at the top.
We've had 3 straight top 10 recruiting classes and brought in some really good transfers, and we're underachieving.

I said he was a mistake when they hired him! Go look up my post, I posted we won the NC despite him not because of him. Even the NC year he made many bad coaching decisions, we were just good enough to overcome them. I wish they would fire him today!
