We are not well-coached. Not disciplined. Not in shape. I don't even care about the losses. It's just how bad of a team we are. Based on what I have seen so far, we might as well have kept Arnette and saved the buyout money for paying players.
Lebby is not the problem. But he needs help.

Y’all may as well get ready, it is gonna be plum ugly against Tennessee. Their D is nasty and Niko is unreal looking. We may not have 100 yards of offense against them…
or georgia or texas or .......

Dawgs do not have the players. You can't have Prime Rib when all you buy is imitation Vinna sausages.

Lebby's not the problem. He's been given a shit sandwich. It's not like JoMo getting the 2018 team loaded and making them look like a MAC team.

I agree. It'll take a roster stacked with NFL talent to succeed vs the Tennessee Defense.

Great analogy. Let’s keep it going. Can’t make chicken salad out of chicken s***

I agree, think lebby will have a learning curve for sure but I thought he made a few decent adjustments in game once he saw how florida was going to play us.
We just simply don't have the dudes up front to compete this year and had to take some scraps in the portal. WRs were locked down yesterday.
This season is gonna be a blood bath anyway, wouldn't mind letting the young guys get a bunch of pt this year including the QB position. Really need one of the young QBs to step up so we don't have to buy a portal qb this upcoming offseason.

This is a swing and a miss. If you watched how everything unfolded last year and thought Lebby could fix our program in less than 12 months, I want some of what you’re having. The rot is just worse than we thought it was. Can’t blame that on someone who didn’t create the problem. We’ve got to be realistic and still support.

Agree, except the defensive coaching hires are on Lebby. It is his team now. He made some hiring mistakes so lets see end of season how he handles it.

Yes but just saying outside of Toledo he has done a great job on the offensive side in a very very short period.

If you were a potential DC back in December would you have taken our job? One look at our roster then and you would have passed too.

If I was G5, and got a significant pay increase to have my shot in the SEC....yes of course I would take it.

I mean, why wouldn't someone look at the numbers and realize the premise of the statement is ridiculous when the team was top 5 in scoring last year. Maybe realizing that the defense was not good was by far the bigger issue for OU last season. 48th in scoring defense.

I agree our defense is the primary problem. Florida completed 26 out of 28 passes against us. That's not exactly good defense. I don't blame it all on our defensive backs-the poor pass rush-giving the QB all day to throw has a lot to do with it.

He also evaluated and chose to bring in these 53 portal guys. Hard to believe the excuse being made now that the portal was picked over and contracts made for the most part when he arrived. He was bragging preseason how great this OL was but guess they looked good against our hopeless "D". Second year in a row to hire a "HC" who had never been a "HC" who then hired a buddy who had never been a "DC". I blame our also "On the Job Training" AD and Keenum. We learn nothing from from past mistakes even as recent as last.year!

As has already been said, you and your friends are stupid. They ran off Dillon Gabriel because they wanted Jackson Arnold and they benched him yesterday for a guy that looks like Shabba Doo from Breakin 2 Electric Boogaloo.
Oklahoma?s offense has looked pedestrian this year and if it wasn?t for their defense they already would have had a loss going into yesterday.
Lebby is fine. He?s working with marginal talent on the oline and no talent at RB. Now we don?t have a QB

Absolutely nobody said that seeing as Texas was already top 5 going into this season. The only people who thought OU would fare better than 7-5 were OU fans.

Being a "DC" in the SEC looks good on the resume along with a couple of million per on a two year contract especially if you how been successful at G5 or even lower. Two years in a row our rookie HC has hired a friend who has never been a DC. Our fault, AGAIN!

Our backup QB, MVB, is his recruit, although a true freshman. Also Texas will be starting their backup due to their starter being out, some Manning kid. Oops, nevermind!****
