I wouldn't necessarily consider 5 free passes a gem. Yeah, he got some K's but the walks will get him killed in the league if he doesn't clean that up. He's also got to learn to throw his breaking pitch for a strike. Right now he's relying on that change way too much.

I think you have to start with the guy at the top.
