That is correct. It was against Hawaii Hilo.......

I hope for him personally more than STATE. Wanna see the youngster get paid more than the STATE Stuff.

I'm all for positive thought, but not sure what medical attention he'd receive even if he completely blew out his elbow. Still, I'm holding out hope it's a pulled muscle in his back or hip bc that's what jim and Ron thought lol

He?s sitting in the back wearing a sweatshirt, looked to be celebrating the diving catch by Davis. Maybe it?s a good sign or maybe it means nothing, I dunno. Just hope for the best

If he had a legit torn ligament he would at least be with the trainers with an ice pack or something on it. No way would a competent trainer risk it getting worse by celebrating? That is just my experience

Yep and just a few short years later Jon Harden completely mesmerized Albert "don't call me Joey" Belle. It kinda reminded me of that slow pitch Bugs Bunny used to throw that was so slow the batters would swing at the same pitch 3 times, lol.....

It’s possible the Sims injury was just some tightness. And in a nonconference game with a comfortable lead, Sims knew to be safe rather than sorry. Let’s keep our fingers crossed. The young man deserves a chance to shine as a starter. I don’t want the UCL tear.

I would think the UCL would have immediately been treated with ice. Even if it was a just a ucl sprain it likely would have been iced. I dunno. Still don't think it's his back or hip. Again, he was too upset.

No doubt. Don?t want to see his future jeopardized above all else.
After that we?d like to see what he can do on the mound this year. Those first four innings gave us an idea of how special he could be this season.

Bad sign with sims was he was shaking his hand immediately after he threw the pitch like it was numb which is a bad sign of ucl tear. I hope it's not but I've seen it to many times when pitchers react that way. Let's hope it's just a tweak but I doubt it.

One thing you can say about Forsythe, he is a MF'r with the leather.

You're likely to get it's an "upper body injury" and that may be it.

Yeah. He is definitely legit in the field. I think if these other guys can start hitting like tonight, I?d just as soon have him hitting Mendoza and playing SS.

Yep. But no Postgame interview tonight. Only good thing that has already been brought up was he wasn't being iced down

Best case Landon is out til April. So you have to start figuring out a rotation without him. I either go:
Preston
Cade
Pico
Or
Cade
Preston
Pico
