At some point it's the hitters fault for not adjusting. If an ump is consistently bad, swing the bat.
You've clearly never played baseball. Against a pitcher as talented as Campbell you can't do anything with his pitches that are 2 to 3 inches off the plate. Rowdey had no chance on that last strike, none.

Our basketball team never does well when the refs suck and were inconsistent and calling touch fouls. This is a night where our baseball team is mirroring them. The adjustment imo is simple for the right handed hitters. JUST crowd the ****ing plate. It’s as simple as that.

Well considering on numerous occasions I've mentioned I played and coached high school, you must not be paying attention.
All his stuff on the black to two inches off can be hit opposite field. We aren't doing that. But trust me, if you would rather go down the way we are going down tonight, which is 50% of our outs being strikeouts be my guest.
You will lose every time, so let me know when my kids can play your kids

With one swing needed to tie up the game would have preferred Gilbert. Gilbert has had a lot more ABs against SEC pitching than Cumbest and Cumbest hasn't had a HR all year.

I'm pretty surprised we went with Cumbest over Gilbert.

Yeah. Gilbert is a hotter hitter and more veteran player too.

I wish Mangum would take a pitch, here and there. Two pitches seen, two swings.

Allen has struck out a lot like that. Unfortunately he chased ball 3 but probably had to chase it because how shitty the ump has been tonight.
