    I think it's funny that we all of the sudden think the girlfriend is a distraction when she's hot, but that the players that have ugly or average looking girlfriends never have an issue.

    It's the most assanine narrative out there

    Shotgun, it wasn’t that she was hot..

    She had pagents all over the place and took Fitz with him. He couldn’t uphold his end of the bet between him and the baseball team because she told him he couldn’t cut his hair and be seen in public with her. She was a distraction. Granted that was his decision and good for him he gets to date a former Ms South Carolina.

    This. Most college athletes aren't posting messages about their GF. You'll be hard pressed to find one that acknowledges them. The dude wasn't the same. Instead of watching film he's playing long distance relationship.
