When I came here 1.5 years ago I had something in common with you all. I hated Ole Miss. I still do. They are a poor man's Aubarn, and they even frick that up.

I like MSU as a program. I really do. For the most part, MSU tries to do things better than most. You guys still cheat, but not to the level of Ole Miss and AU. You keep it to a manageable level, and I like that in a program, but it does make me question your commitment.

Also, y'all ain't never bothered nobody. Your "best/most talented team" just finished with 4 losses. For me to ever dislike MSU, you'd have to first give me a reason. You don't beat BAMA, you don't get in our way recruiting, and you piss the hell out of Ole Miss. Hating MSU would be somewhat on level with hating Vandy. But shoot, at least Vandy gives me a reason with their stellar academics. So hating MSU would be like hating Arnie Grape. It'd be mean spirited and not worth it.

Some of you Dawgs are good as gold. I really enjoy some of the posters here and it's because of you I've enjoyed my time here at ED. I have read a lot more than I've posted.

28 and 61, everything is not a conspiracy. Sometimes programs are just better, and it only makes you look like tin foil hat wearing clowns when you attempt to make everything seem so deep. You two (and some others from time to time) make posts like you know exactly what is going on over in Tuscaloosa. I'm going to let you in on a little secret, you don't know ish. Stay in your lanes. If you did know about the inner workings of Alabama, the REC would hunt you down and make your memory disappear. The REC is real. Remember that.

Most of you had no clue who Quinnen Williams was coming into the BAMA game this season and Q was projected a top 5 draft pick coming into the game. If you're going to make claims like "State has the best defense/defensive line in the SEC", you may want to at least know who plays for the other team.

Here's a few more:

"Fitz is better than Tua". LOL!!!

"Abram is the best safety in football". Guys, he may be the 3rd best safety in his division at best.

Preseason JoMo was the GOAT and State was going to walk through everyone but BAMA, and that's with a first year head coach.

My faves were how Kirby was taking over the SEC and Bammer was "finished". The dynasty was over! Saban couldn't recruit or coach anymore, and Kirby and UGA were going to take our spot. Well, how'd that work out? Blind hatred makes a fool of even the wisest men.

Economically, I'm all about capitalism at the highest level but this is a completely different arena. Every sport in the world has measures put in to ensure some sort competitive balance but college sports and, due to that, TV execs and fans get blowouts most weeks which serves nobody's interest.

Here's what I got a laugh at with his post. He came on here cause he hated OM. Hell, OM wasn't doing anything Bama hasn't done or is willing to do to win Nattys but ... they "stepped out of their lane" and started actually beating Bama. And if I recall correctly, in 2014 OM had to overcome a free Bama TD just before the half when Bama stripped the ball from OM and returned for TD while there was a facemask on the play, which the review showed and refs still allowed TD to stand for Bama. THAT'S how Bama makes the playoffs every single year and it is definitely how they are beating Gawga now too.

And boy, were Bammers ever pissed when Fulmer turned their ass in for their recruiting escapades.

I could actually live with the the recruiting disparities but, the refs are doing an exceptional job of making sure Bama remains in their exalted status, even with all those #1 recruiting rankings.

I grew up a Bama fan till I went to State. Probably forgot more Bama history than Token ever knew. I been in bars several thousand times discussing Bama football with Bama fans and only one person did I ever run across who could keep up with me on Bama history. Bama was my 2nd fav team and all the Bammers would pat me on the back and tell me how "MSU was their 2nd favorite SEC team etc." Then in the late 90's when we took 3 of 4 from them ... they can be about as ugly as it gets when they lose and especially when it's to MSU. They can't stand it ... absolutely no class and I wasn't rubbing it in either. That's when Bama ceased to be my 2nd fav team.

What I find funny is how they think they know more about football than you just because they cheer for Bama. I mean, it's wild. They think that just because they happen to cheer for the easiest team in sports to cheer for with the most front runners, they are blessed with unique football knowledge.

Truth is, if they weren't always in front, they'd be lost. They'd have absolutely no clue how to compete with less advantages. It's just mostly an idiot, ignorant fan base that lacks an understanding of how 99.9% of college football works.
