Washington State's band learned the Washington fight song to play for them since they couldn't come.
I remember back in my Famous Maroon Band days at State, Dr. Sills had us play the visitors' fight song for them during pre-game. In those days we had a LOT more time on the field.

Yeah, that sort of thing used to be fairly common. And the cheerleaders would go over and lead a cheer for the opposing team. Haven't seen that in a long time. Things were a bit more civil then, or perhaps time just softens things.

Leach is going to have to be creative with his offense because I don't think his normal game plan is going to work in this weather.

Agreed, which is one reason I hate his offense. Imagine if they were playing on grass like they should be.

The snow is affecting the game in a good way. It should favor UW. 20-9 now. Wazzu just blocked the extra point and got 2. It’s a much better game than OU WVU.

20-15 UW now, WSU scores after a fumble. The football is slipping all over the place now, pretty fun to watch. I always like to see the weather wreak havoc on the game.
