How much longer til the NIL entity, not the school, are going to make these kids sign contracts with buyout clauses, non compete clauses and any other clauses that anyone else would have to sign.

Hopefully tomorrow morning.

What needs to happen is at least limit how many times they can enter the portal whether they go back to the same school or not. Zavion shouldn't be able to go in the portal last year and then get paid to only go back in this year again.

And if anyone knows; is the NIL under the same legal scrutiny as a college?

I am struggling to tie in information. I see that a FSU player is proposing a NIL consideration AND multiple FSU players posturing themselves into the portal. It appears that there might be a tie in with the two subjects stated. My best guess is there is insufficient funding, in house, to support NIL offerings at FSU. I am not stating anything as factual, it just seems confusing so far. I would like to hear from a fellow elitedogger if he has information on point?

I don’t know that’s a great question, it would stand to reason that they are but this is s strange mess.

Or FSU has a slot program like MLB and they are sticking to it.

It's gonna happen a lot. It's a spoiled entitled bunch you're talking about and they think money just gets dropped from helicopters and if the other dude gets it I should get it too.

This should be a no brainer to me. If not, why doesn’t every player go to the portal and get their school to recruit them back. Just asinine.
