I think our season probably ends tomorrow but it would be very fitting of this team to make it to Hoover as the 12 seed and suck us into to watching them play after midnight on a Tuesday night just to aggravate us one last time.

Naw. I can see LSU and Vandy winning, and State having a 3 run lead going into the 9th, and Lemonis waits until one of our pitchers walks the bases loaded, then brings in Stinnett to pitch to Lavalette and he hits a grand slam to give them the lead. And then in the bottom of the 9th, We get runners to 2nd and 3rd with nobody out and Hines, Jordan, and Clark strike out on 9 pitches.

I actually think State wins today. I was just writing a satirical microcosm of our season. But it all comes down to today. All State has to do is win, and let the rest work itself out.
