It's been an ugly season no doubt but it says a lot about Lems character that he hasn't let this team quit. Has he made some questionable decisions? Absolutely but he hasn't lost his resolve and neither have the players.

Hope you're wrong. Anyone with a bare minimum of baseball knowledge knows that it's a funny sport and you can't read to much into single or 3-game results. You have to look at the whole season, and back-to-back missing a Regional (and not even being close either year) is unacceptable and should be an automatic firing at any school that takes baseball seriously.
