I have no inside scoop, but I think that Lemonis is a very hands off coach. That works when you have self-motivated players like Mangum, Tanner, Rowdy, Cole Gordon, etc., but most players need someone to hold them accountable.

This is what I think as well. You get a few bad apples that take advantage of a coach treating you like a professional and it can spread throughout the team
