Jans makes poor substitution decisions constantly. If he's a defensive guru, I would think he could adjust to an offensive totally dependent on the 3-point shot.

Yes but Jans is doing more with less.........Ben's teams underperformed.......NIT is probably where we need to go.......We didn't even finish .500 in the league and we're a 10 seed........That's not a good look........
