    Wow. So I see we continue our excellent plate approach with bases juiced like we did last year. I swear I hate it every time we get bases loaded. Never works out for us. Inning ending DP by Alford

    Different situation and pitch was up in the zone vs. Dorn in the zone. Alford is going to be a ground ball guy because he is a free swinger(never met a pitch he didn?t like).

    Agreed. He's electric and seems to have little more confidence and mound presence at this point. But Loftin has a high ceiling too.

    Loftin needs to develop his breaking ball. He has some pretty big misses. I thought Lo had better command today. Pretty tight zone today.

    Good outing by Hunt, of course Lane had to try to screw ot up with another error. Something doesn’t look right with him. He has a better arm than what he just showed…

    And Alford just hit a line shot off the lofts in left…

    Looks like Lanes short arming everything and the ball has no zip on it like he has shown the last couple of years.
