Who is your favorite MSU article writer?
I just received a CBS Sports app notice for an MSU article. Author is David Murray. Man, I absolutely hate reading his articles. I mean, I?d rather pull off a toenail than read his stuff. It?s just too wordy and too many run on sentences for me. I?m sure some love his style.

I don't read Dave Murray's articles. It's damn near impossible.

Bob. And it is not particularly close. Another Cohen casualty.

Gene Swindoll.
He was the best authority on MSU baseball (my favorite sport admittedly) and wrote very informative articles over the years about our baseball program backing it up with extensive statistical reference/research. Of course, Gene is now enjoying retirement after selling Genespage to Steve Robertson. Dave Murray can write great articles, but digresses into some strange narratives and at times uses code words/phrases/unknown past MSU players, etc. that I suppose he figures everyone knows and understands. Trouble is, a lot of us don't and it makes reading his articles difficult at times.

It was Bob. Hands down. No pun intended.
Now? Joel probably. He's a better writer than podcaster.
Andrew Miller is new and a young guy but has had some good stuff recently.

For me probably Robbie Faulk

I agree that Bob wrote some great articles

Whoever let Bob Carskadon leave is a moron

That would be MSU Alum and former baseball coach John Cohen

I like the guy that wrote the article in the CL when we beat bama 6-3. If he is still alive, hope he can write another about a MSU victory over them while I am still alive!***. MSU Class of 77, Hail State!

That was Rick Cleveland, and yes he is still very much alive. Tom Patterson also wrote a companion piece on the front page on Glen Collins.

Sekou Smith was the best CL beat writer we ever had
