Can't you play the game another way? Just tell your coaches that if you don't get this deal by January 13th you're gone. Maybe that's what he did and he didn't get it. But this kind of crap hitting the news is a major turnoff for many even if he reverses his decision.

This is absolutely destroying my interested. If players are getting paid, then they need to sign contracts. If they leave, pay the balance that years contract money back.

College football would be better off with licensed, formal agents than bagmen in the shadows.

Zavion says he's gonna get him back, guess we'll see if he has any influence

I can't say for sure The OC played no part.
That said, part of the problem is Tulu knows what our other guys got. He knows several people got more than him.

College football would also be better off if every NIL had to go through each school's official NIL fund, and everything was published and public. No more secrets or surprises.
(And have a conference-wide luxury tax on those NIL funds to increase competitiveness. Every pro sport in America redistributes money to increase competitiveness.

Professional sports figured this out a long time ago.

Ok….. I have not written a check so far ….. this thread just motivated me …. Anybody joining me who hasn’t donated ?
-
Why donate when anyone can take the money for the next 3-4 months and just get a new deal somewhere else and not have to return the money.
Seems like all funds should be returned if someone transfers, plus interest.
