    He's a damn good coach...........Doubt he would leave a h/c job for a coordinator but we could double his salary.........Plus, it would get him in the SEC but again, he's not leaving USM for an assistant job, or so I wouldn't think..........

    People saying "I doubt he'd go from head coach to OC".....why not?

    If you are the VP of a small company and the company is paying you $1 million per year, and another much bigger company offers you a Director position at $2 million per year that could fast track you to a VP position in the big company's league if you do well.....would you turn down the extra million per year for a Title?

    I wouldn't. I would take the 2 mill, put a few great seasons together, and then get a better head gig than I had before making $4+ mil per year.
