    What bowl now?

Citrus? ReliaQuest? Gator? We are going to be the 5th best SEC team at 8-4, 4-4.

Should be citrus. I just want to play and beat Penn State so I can wear Maroon and win and smile at all these people I went around me that always laughed at me and said PSU is better than MSU.

    Citrus!!!!!

So, who do we need to be pulling for? I suppose LSU, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee and Clemson?

Yep, we need 4 teams in the CFP/NY6, and for South Carolina not to jump in line ahead of us, and we'll be a lock for the Citrus.

If Clemson wins that about guarantees Citrus
"We will have no problem in handling Kentucky."-Turfdawg67. MSU suffered a 27-17 defeat in 2022 with 225 yards in total offense.

Absolute floor should be Gator and ceiling is Citrus, and I'm betting we're much closer to the Citrus than the Gator. Just don't need any shenanigans in the rest of the games this week.

What we don't need is the Big 12 or Big 10 having an upset in the conference championship games. TCU, Michigan, and Ohio State are likely to be 3 of the 12 teams who make it regardless, but we don't want any other teams from those conferences stealing a bid.

I don't see Clemson as a lock over South Carolina. I wouldn't be surprised if Beamer pulls off that upset.

Clemson needs to destroy SC to have any shot at the CFP. Yeah, SC destroyed Tennessee last week, but they are not good. If this game was in Williams-Brice I'd give SC a chance, but not in Death Valley. Clemson will win by 3 scores or more.

We are almost assured the Citrus barring some big time upsets.

If they do, I'm pretty confident they'll get the Citrus over us. Wins over Tennessee and Clemson are better than anything we have, even if the rest of their resume compares unfavorably to ours.

If they were playing in Columbia I'd give sc the edge but they're playing at Clemson so Clemson should handle business.

Need Clemson, Bama, LSU, and Tennessee to win.

If they all do, Citrus is likely. Probably vs. Penn State which would be a cool match up.

There is another monkey wrench that could push us out of the Citrus.

LSU losing to UGA badly could drop them out of the Top 11 with a 10-3 record. That would push LSU to Citrus.

I don't the CFP committee would punish them for making the SECCG and drop them out of the big bowls. They are #5 right now. That'd be a big drop.
