    Will Rogers step up in pocket not ever backwards. Kid cannot throw on the run and is slow as molasses. Cut ya losses. That needs to be the message to him.

    He's still chasing that Ducking TD vs. Memphis high.

    Beyond that, not much else needs to change. He just needs to not throw it right at DLine or throw on the run. His arm has regressed.

    Hard to make adjustments on O when the entire playbook is on one little piece of paper. Reminds me of playing in the backyard as a kid and telling who goes short and who goes long in the huddle, except no one goes long in this O.
