Just a random thought, I can't believe the NY football Giants hired Joe Judge to be their Head Coach. He would be our coach right now if that hadn't happened. Crazy to really think about it.

Another random thought, there are only 4-5 guys that I'm convinced are really good college football coaches. Look at Jimbo and Mel Tucker. Disaster contracts for those 2 coaches.

Clemson is a sweet job. They are more talented than every team they play in the conference. Pretty easy road to the expanded playoffs every year.

Anybody that wants the Alabama job cannot take the Auburn job. Is the conventional thinking.

ACC is fine until 2036 when times run out. But even then, Clemson can go Big 10 or SEC.

Three thoughts on this (because I live in close proximity to Clemson):

1. The first one to follow a legend ALWAYS fails!! Dabo would be committing suicide to go to Bama.
2. Clemson is all-in on Dabo and he is all-in on Clemson.
3. Clemson has enough $$$ to match any offer from elsewhere, so that will never be an issue with Clemson and Dabo.

I would be willing to bet the house, the farm, and my future heart transplant (Dan Jenkins quote) that Dabo will never coach at Bama.
