Kentucky was our typical "Leach" loss

They are not a good team at all. Going to be brutal if that is what prevents us from winning 8 games in the regular season.
"We will have no problem in handling Kentucky."-Turfdawg67. MSU suffered a 27-17 defeat in 2022 with 225 yards in total offense.

It is an unacceptable loss. Kentucky sucks. This game against Vandy is only close because Vandy keeps doing what they can to lose.

Can OM or Georgia be the leach win? That would be sweet

We rarely win in Lexington and UK rarely wins in Starkville. We won their with Dak but if I recall it was closer than we thought. I think we won there a couple years when they had Joker and they won in Starkville a time or two with Croom, but that series is almost always the home team winning. It’s a 25-25 overall tie because we are both very evenly matched SEC teams normally

1 win, 1 loss. How would you do it? I'm most likely minority, but I'd take Georgia win

Beating Vandy by one point at home with 11 minutes to go. Yeah, their QB and Stoops are great and they are a East powerhouse!*** We were totally unprepared and this is looking like a uglier loss.

Yeah. That's a tough one. I'd have to take the ole miss win. Can't help it.

I don't. One of the main reasons I'm ready to move on from this experiment.

I'm one of leach's toughest critics, but it's hard to see justifying firing him at 7-5.

7-5 will be a failure of a season. That's 4-0 OOC, 3-5 in SEC with 3rd loss in a row to OM and a bottom feeder bowl with what we had coming back.

I agree. I'm hoping he retires. Maybe we'll get a good AD this time. Leach might not want the headache anymore. I doubt he retires though. Too much money.

And that 72 yard run by KY with a missed tackle at the line is why vandy is vandy and will have a 0-30 or so SEC losing streak at the end of this season. BTW, KY stadium looks less than 50% full at 6-3 record.

    Kentucky still has 30 seconds.

Hail Vandy! Tell me again how Levis is a top 10 NFL draft choice and all the reasons we shouldn't have beat KY on the road. The KY fans were booing loudly at the game's end. We are also, by a good margin, not the worse fans in the SEC on this board or at our games, Hail State! Upset GA!

Vandy did what we couldn't do. What a terrible loss that turned out to be.

Yeah. I've seen Levis play several times. I don't understand what people see. He's a big dude. That's it.
