SEC this Morning
Watched it this morning against my better judgement. They actually reviewed the TAMU and MSU game. State should have beat LSU?it was there for the taking. We would be in the top 15 right now.
Also?alllllll kinds of excuses for TAMU and Jimbo.

The more I think about that LSU loss the madder I get . That may end up being the difference between a good and great season.

Growing pains. It's not like these kids have been in a championship program. They have to learn the system. They have to then learn the plays. Then they have to learn to execute. etc etc. Then to win the extremely hard games. Let's hope that translates into a win over UGA or Bama.

The players have all spoken about a mental reset after the LSU game. They knew they pissed it away. They started to refocus. Practices became more intense.
That's why we capitalized on every Aggie mistake Saturday and never let our mistakes cost us the game. That defense could have folded after Bookie was ejected. They didn't. They stayed focused.

As long as I can remember, and I've been around a long time, State has pretty much allowed LSU to live rent free in their heads. It doesn't matter who the coaches for either team are or how good or how bad the players are on either team. I've thought that State should have some kind of psychologist address the team prior to that game. Or maybe have John Bond address the team, whose team whupped 'em four years in a row when he was QB. Of course that was the wishbone. LSU's defensive line corch Pete Jenkins never could handle the wishbone.
