I believe Ap St is going to expose TAMU

They may not win, but we gonna see what those DBs are all about.

That D did look salty last week ...Jimbo isn't recruiting the typical overrated soft Texas High school players ...he's going out of state. Add to the fact that Jimbo has always been willing to sign anyone who he thinks can win a game regardless of their off the field problems....we will see how it plays out

    Agreed 💯

I don?t think App will win, but it could be dicy for a few quarters. I definitely think at the end Jimbo is going to have to dig deep in his 🐍 oil sales ability to spin why his team didn?t blow them out from the start.

Meh, they may play tight for a half or so but aTm will simply out talent them and put them away. App State's D is terrible.

App State is a solid G5 team, but I don’t see them hanging with aTm for longer than a half. App State best team was the year Drinkowitz was coach. I think they beat a couple P5 teams that year. I think aTm will have a full game battle the next week with Miami and they may very well lose if they don’t play better than they did Saturday

It will also be a good test for A&M's offense.. If they cant score 30+ on App State's defense , they are gonna be in trouble

This is one of those weird games where an injury prone QB can get hurt. King better watch out.

If last week was a reflection of king's ability, aTm might would be better off. Johnson isn't a game changer, but he is a solid game manager type.

I was not impressed with King at all. He kind of reminded me of Mike Henig.

App State is coming off a 10 win season. Chase Brice at QB is no slouch, and Nate Noel ran for over 1100 yards last year.

They have a history of being a giant killer - maybe this week they will be a sleeping giant killer.
"After dealing with Ole Miss for over a year," he said, "I've learned to expect their leadership to do and say things that the leadership at other Division I schools would never consider doing and to justify their actions by reminding themselves that "We're Ole Miss.""

I don't know if App State can get up two weeks in a row.

The expended a ton of emotion last weekend vs UNC

Emotion won?t be a problem for App State. They won the moral victory last week even in defeat. They were the talk of the nation for pushing UNC. They will be even more encouraged this week.

ATM will have to hold App State from scoring while they grind out offense from their running game. If App State scores more than 21 points in the first half ATM may be in trouble.

Regardless I think Miami is beating ATM. I have little to not faith in Jimbo. They claim
He develops QBs. But who? Jameis was already good. Mond still sucks.

Texas A&M will handle them and likely cover the 20. They are good on D and will get better offensively each week.

A&M will cover easily. App State mentally fried after the UNC game.

Jimbo sucks as a coach. I have been saying that since he got to A&M. I been hating on him since he let that crab leg stealing rapist stay on his team at FSU.

I think A&M has a top 5 in the SEC defense. Their offense is what I'm watching. I wish we could swap their place on our schedule with Arizona's

I want this to happen, but don't think it will. Don't get me wrong. I'm still the harshest TAMU critic in this board and they will make the usual big early splash before settling into their familiar 8-4 standard comfort zone. But Appy State won't expose them this week. That will happen on Scott Field October 1st.

North Carolina has the worst defense in America. FL A&M scored on NC and couldn't on JSU. A&M will handle App State.
