Blow out city against Ole Miss today

It's unreal how bad we've become at just about everything. John Cohen has been great for our athletics.**

I don't even know how you blow up our program this bad if you were trying. Unreal.

I hope this is an exaggeration. Our WBB team projected to be an NCAA Tournament team, or at least bubble. (Today's loss won't change that.)

We could be so, so much worse. (And we have done so in several other sports recently.)

If we get in we'll sneak in. I'm just going by the eye test as I tuned in today. We are so overmatched against OM it ain't funny. 3 years ago we were beating OM by 30, now they beat us by 30. We are not talented at all just seeing what we put on the floor.

I know we played SC tough (not sure how talent wise) and beat an average Bama team.

You guys do realize we played with no big.. obviously we lost Jessika Carter, Raven Farley is out and so is Denae Carter... no size other than Rickea. We played 7 girls today... only 6 saw alot of time. It's hard to win against anyone like that

Sounds like we're on the same page - We've stepped back from where Vic had us, but we're nowhere close to rock bottom or "I don't even know how you blow up our program this bad if you were trying."

When Rick Ray was our men's head coach and we weren't in the top 250 teams in the country, that was rock bottom. This year's women's team is a top 60, maybe top 50 team in the country. Just not close to being in the same category.

It can be again if we're willing to spend the money on it.

LSU made a huge investment in WBB this offseason to hire Kim Mulkey away from Baylor, and if we want to, we could hire a nationally elite coach too.

I'm not here to defend Cohen but your bitching to bitch. We've improve in volleyball, men's golf, men's tennis is top 15 program. Softball keeps making tourney. On and on. And fact is, you don't give two shits about anything I named anyway.

If we are good in women’s hoops that’s great , if we aren’t oh well...

And most MSU fans that came to WBB games were really much more fans of Vic Schaefer than they were of the sport of WBB.
