I know it's kind of a copout, but asking me to pick my favorite LZ album, is like asking to pick my favorite movie. There are too many to pick.
I love/adore/revere songs on every album...so to pick just one would be to exclude other classics.
Can't do it.

Ok pick the best one without a Number in the Title. I wore out LZIII when I was a kid. Hangman Hangman.....

Easy, peasy......It's IV.......
Black Dog
Rock N Roll
and then there's a song called "Stairway to Heaven"......
IMO the top 4 are:
IV
II
PG
Houses of the Holy
After that, pick'em outta a hat......

As a drummer, its hard to beat a live performance of Moby Dick.
If not that, I've always loved Achilles Last Stand. I also love the groove in How Many More Times.

The way Bonham worked with Page was nothing short of Epic.
What is and What will Never Be is a nutha good one.

What was it about the drummers. Bonham and Moon were complete animals. Remember the opening of that LZ movie where Bonhan played the mobster.
