Yup. Any of these teams that have had the same staff and system for a decade usually win. They have culture and have recruited the entire roster perfectly to the system.
His tenure was the only reason I wanted to keep CDM. You think that his constant desire to job shop kept us from ever being as much as we should/could have been?
