    Baseball Schedule Out

"After dealing with Ole Miss for over a year," he said, "I've learned to expect their leadership to do and say things that the leadership at other Division I schools would never consider doing and to justify their actions by reminding themselves that "We're Ole Miss.""

Texas Tech and Long Beach State are the only big boy highlights I see. Other than that it's generic but maybe being my typical grumpy old man self. Our conference play has always dictated where our post season starts for the most part anyway. I'm extra greedy and spoiled after fiddy years of waiting.

So how are we supposed to act now? Are we supposed to be critical of the schedule? Does it matter since we are the top dog team to beat? I don't know how to be national champs.

Nice problem to have. Couldn't be more proud of Lemonis, staff and players. Still riding high and loving the hell outta it.

Ole Miss in the Governor's Cup, USM, Tulane on the road, and Samford on the road in addition to Texas Tech and Long Beach State is a solid OOC schedule. Sure, there are some cupcakes like everyone else but it's a solid schedule.
