It doesn't matter. For SEC fans, the Sugar is still a major bowl and always will be.

Lives in the past as in living in the past before 1861. How they get any recruit is amazing. I guess money clouds one?s perception of history. They only pay for their own benefit. Guess you can?t fix stupid.

This but I want to point out that some of advantages that are apparent now. He most likely has had a coach/advisor working on this gameplan since week one of the season. He has the best recruits in the nation and has the staff to prepare these kids for each game which is a double whammy. As for tonight The Oline won this game. Young had plenty of time to sitback there and make the right decisions.

It's better than most bowls for sure. But it is minuscule in prestige that it was when the SEC winner went to it every year.

If UGA plays Michigan, this could be a colossal failure for GA this year. Michigan looks solid. The outliner, and a big one, is the QBs. UGA could kill Michigan's hopes by sacking MacNamara early and often.

Michigan is Bama ten years ago. Line up and run it down their throats. Not gonna work against Bama or UGA for that matter.

That's true but it's still the top sec bowl outside of the playoff.
