I love Rickea but her field goal percentage is bad.. she scores alot but she takes alot of shots to get those points. She is 5-14 with 11 points while Jerkaila Jordan is 4-5 with 11 points at the half.

This point in the season...Jerkaila Jordan appears to be the best overall player on this team.

I kind of like this Doug Novak fellow. He has the personality of a wet dish rag watching his pressers is like watching paint dry but looks like he can coach.

Jerkaila seems to be our best scorer so far... especially her efficiency. But Anastasia Hayes has probably been our best overall player in terms of doing everything right.. Even tonight 14 points 7 rebs 6 assist shooting 50% from the field, that is a solid night doing a little bit of everything

Congrats to Our Lady Bulldogs. Doesn't it seem like this team is improving?

It does but other than South Dakota State we have not played the hardest schedule yet. In fairness to Coach McCray-Penson she brought in some hard nosed players that play aggressive defense and have a high skill set. To date J Jordan and An Hayes are both assassins that can score on all three levels, play defense, rebound, and make other players better. They are great compliments to M Taylor. In contrast we are small across the board. Our guards are going to have a difficult time getting shots off against longer SEC guards.

MSU could have laid down when South Dakota State went up by 8. However they fought back and Coach Novak made some great halftime adjustments on defense. It will be interesting to see how they do in conference play.
