Honestly hate the AP polls. I realize the Memphis loss was bad but no other team has beat as many ranked teams as we have. We went into College Station and beat A&M, we man-handled KY, we went to the plains and made history but somehow we can't crack the top 25 in their poll? The real rankings will come out Tuesday and we'll be in it.

Don't forget we also lost to a 4-6 LSU team that sits dead last in the SECW.

This. With the cfp the other polls are absolutely useless.

The AP is voted on by idiots that consider win/loss record way more that quality of wins or schedule. The committee considers quality and will straighten them out

That game, plus Memphis, is the reason we deserve to be around 20th instead of around 10th.

The AP and the Coaches' polls are a joke. The AP voters usually rank according to where they think a team should be (even though the team hasn't proven it) or what they did last year etc. and the coaches don't spend time during football season worrying about some poll. They hand it over to somebody else in the athletic department to do that. With the CFP in place those polls should be eliminated. IMO

The only time we should be concerned with the AP is around late February getting ready for march madness.

We'll be in playoff rankings and that's all that really matters. Stop even following what loser ass reporters and jealous SIDs think.
