    Egg bowl should be 2 ranked teams

    How many years has this happened? I know 2014 and 2015, but not sure what other years

    It seems to have more historically been the Rotten Egg Bowl. Two 5-6 teams fighting for a crap bowl or one 5 win team hoping not to lose to a 4 win team with aspirations to be a post season spoiler.

    No to 98. Ole Miss was 6-4 and unranked while we were 7-3 and #25. Yes to 92. Both teams came in 7-3. We were #16 while the Bears were #24.

    Sucks for espn the saints play an afc contender that night also. I stopped liking the thanksgiving slot the minute the nfl added a night game. The spot was great when it was the only game
