    Don't let it be lost

while we're still celebrating football, basketball is up by 37. We might be dangerous this year. Great day to be a dawg

We have a really nice basketball team. Watts and tolu could make a good team already really good

Yeah, I get it and undeniably the talent is there but then again "talent" hasn't been a problem (sans Ricky Ray). This team has the pieces though and "could" be special. If they can jell, we're gonna be extremely dangerous.

Carter is the best recruit Howland has landed since Q. He's ceiling is stupid high.

I agree... Molinar is a stud, but Cam Carter is going to be great too.

I haven?t seen our KenPom defensive metrics, and yes it?s a small sample size, but I bet this defense cracks his top 10. The length and athleticism is outstanding, and everyone can rebound.

I'm a little concerned about Tolu and Brooks playing big minutes on the court together. We are playing free with good spacing right now. And I really like what Cam Matthews is doing. But I will withhold judgement until I see a few more games.

I watched the opener, and thought our next game was tomorrow. Yes very high potential with this team!

I went to the game tonight. We definitely have some talent. They're fun to watch.

I certainly liked what I saw tonight. Still need to see them play some tougher competition, but I already see things that Howland's previous teams didn't have. This could be fun this year.

If Cam continues to do what he is doing now, I don't see how you can not start him. He has really worked on and accelerated all aspects of his game.

I agree. Matthews will play a ton whether he starts or off bench though

Yep I agree. He has definitely earned a lot of playing time. I just don't think that is a good thing to pull him as a starter as long as his level of play is where it is now, but that's Coach Howland's decision.

THIS is the team I've been waiting for from Howland. Forget the big-time recruits, when he identifies less heralded talent (Molinari, Matthews, Carter) and builds a team that has toughness and focuses on defense, his teams flourish. This team will have a big year.

Integrating Watts into the Molinar, Moore, Carter rotation could be tricky as well.

13 of 23 (56%) 3 Pointers is awesome BUT almost same % of FTs is concerning.
