C34 calls it that because it is a ball control/TOP/game pace setting/one dimensional type of offense like the wishbone, just through the pass instead of the run, hence Airbone. He?s not wrong.

I think I will just stick with calling it Air Raid like it has been for years. Only a very few on here think Airbone is correct and cool. So that's just your opinion that he's not wrong.

His comparisons/parallels aren?t wrong. I find it funny. He calls it that to get under y?all?s skin and you can?t help yourselves. Quit being mentally weak. If you ignore him, he will drop it much sooner than if you attempt to force him to stop.

But at least with being one dimensional passing it is easier to recruit skill players. Running the wishbone makes it impossible to recruit receivers and really even quarterbacks. So I will gladly take the airbone over the wishbone.
