    Leach is the antithesis of Mullen. Both are great QB scouts for their offensive style but Leach is one to find a QB that needs little development and put them in a position to show off their skills where Mullen tended to find QBs that he could develop into what he wanted them to be. Leach is an evaluator (probably one of the best) where Mullen is a developer.

    I'll take Leach any day or Mullen an evaluator that can develop, which I think Leach does develop (look at Rogers)
