I called this as soon as he took the job 4 years ago. He'll win, but not enough to stave off the crazies. He doesn't recruit well enough to satisfy the recruitniks who obsess over all that.

He does a good job of getting the most out of what he has, but he isn't a good enough coach to overcome the recruiting differences between his teams and the better teams in the league.

He'll last another season or two before he's canned unless he goes against a decade+ of his body of work and starts out-scheming teams who have higher recruiting profiles.

Its eerily similar to our 2017 game against arky. Thankfully that arky team was just too terrible for it to cost us.
