Fair point. But why is the league 75% black? I think we need diversity. Maybe we could have a Rooney rule or affirmative action. Clearly the league is discriminating against non-blacks. There is no way all these black players are in the league due to merit. I think Blaine Gabbert should be given Lamar Jackson?s job. It doesn?t matter that Gabbert doesn?t deserve it. It?s about equality. Lamar Jackson is using his black privilege. (See how stupid this sounds)
