9 of the Top 25 lost this week
Arkansas, Ole Miss, Florida, Texas A&M, Oregon, Notre Dame, UCLA, Baylor, Fresno State all take losses.
4 additional ranked teams won by a TD or less.
Our loss to Memphis will most likely keep us out of the Top 25 unless we find a way to run the table after the Alabama game, but there is a ton of chaos in college football after Alabama and Georgia.
Expect this trend of more than normal upsets to continue this year. I'm not sure there's a bad team in the SEC West and it's possible LSU is the worst team.

Outside of Bama and UGA's games, the average margin of victory yesterday in the SEC was about 4 points yet those two schools play non competitive games

You have to ask why was Arkansas ranked so high. Pollsters do not have a clue about what is really going on across the country. ND should not be ranked. Arkansas should not be ranked. Ole Miss should not be top 20. KY is a average team that wins ugly and will be ranked in the top 20 this week. NC State should not be ranked. In fact maybe one team from the ACC should be ranked.

Ark is improved and the big wins over a not so good but ranked TX and TAMU teams is what sent Ark to top 10. They are a top 30-35 team maybe but that is it.
OM is high because media loves LK and OM putting up 600yards on cupcakes.
