    No, exactly the opposite will happen. The Alabama's, Georgia's, etc. of the world will get richer because they will cherry pick the best available players from all over the country. Hell, Nick, Kirby, etc. won't even have to recruit high school talent that hard anymore, not that they won't do so, but what they don't pick up every year from HS, they'll get from the transfer portal. Makes total sense to me . . . . .

    I don't see players successful at an SEC school leaving

    Plus, how much better can UGA & Bama actually get?

    Yep. Need a QB? Go tap up the best QB you can find from the portal. Problem solved. The only way to increase parity is to reduce the scholarship limit to 65.

    Mullen was a great coach for State but not sure he is the best fit for UF. If he didn?t have the ego he had Mullen could?ve been our Bill Snyder. I just don?t see this lasting at UF because they won?t like 8-4 seasons much longer
