overall seems like a good deal for MSU baseball and definitely for the majority of the players. Not sure if it's great for Landon Sims, Kam James, LoTan type players.
Is there a non-compete or can they do other adventures as well? They better get a maximum number of events and such in writing otherwise it could lead to burn out being a disadvantage.
If there is a non-compete then yeah the big time players will be better off not signing and doing there own thing which in turn will lead to ask the other players working for free if they don't reach their mark where they do earn the 10k
