Can't tell you what it is, except maybe worrying about working for a former baseball coach that had great success and worrying he may try to get too involved or something.
Tadlock played at Texas Tech. It is kind of like Cohen coming to MSU. I doubt Tadlock ever leaves unless there is some issue with the Administration that doesn't support baseball or he gets an offer that Texas Tech isn't willing to come close to.
