Jay Powell is saying that Harding pitches better out the pen. Either jay believes that or the staff gave him that talking point. Perhaps it really is true, and that's why lemonis went with fristoe rather than start Harding

Nah, just wondering why lemonis started him. I think it's one of these 2 now:
1. Fristoe looked good in simulated game/side work
2. We feel Harding is more comfortable coming out pen, so we tried to steal an inning with fristoe before going Harding
