Good pen sessions for Mac and Bednar to work on some things live
No injuries (fingers crossed) - which means it was a successful trip
Go ahead and put in the subs and let's get back to Starkville for a team dinner and regroup/refocus for the real season

Unfortunately we have opened the door for someone to step in and take the national seed from us. Stanford with a great chance to do it.

We stunk it up with a conference title on the line. This isn't that. This is about our coaches just getting guys work and trying to find another starter. They had no intention of competing for anything here really. The team played the way the coaches coached it.

Really good AB is a hit or missile. He put it in play. He also cost us 3 runs not going after a pop up and should've been out on a terrible base running mistake but they dropped the ball.
