I am very please with ED's Adopted Grandson doing so good today.
This is great experience for our Friday or Saturday guy next year.

Hell we treated it like a midweek in the pitching dept. It probably wouldn't have been a bad idea to let him DH today, and get Clark at 1B. Of course that would've meant taking out either Leggett or James.

We lead the SEC in wild pitches by a wide margin. 12 more than the 2nd place team. All of that is not on the pitchers.

Well, our defense hasn't been good since this staff took over. We need to change how we work fielding too. But think about this, you have 2 former 1B in the outfield today and a former LF in CF. C at 1B, former MIF at 3B. FR at SS.

It's almost mandatory when a runner gets on third

Really poor AB's. Wow, what a performance today from every single player.

Yup, just like MO series. I'm tired of watching our guys continue to look like this

Lemonis really needs to look at Cumbest in LF, James at 3B, and Clark at DH. It makes us better in every way except defensively at 3B, but even there it's just a small dropoff.

Yeah, I don't see another option really.
Landon Jordan leaving screwed us. He wasn't going to set the world on fire, but he solves a lot of these problems.

And the good news is that if he looks bad, they'll just run rule us and we'll be out of there quicker.

LOL! Cade had a good outing. Like I said, quick worker and strike thrower. Just needs some innings.

The company we hire to do our advanced analytics on the other team's batters gives literally every stat imaginable.

This. I've been saying James has to play in the field. It's the only option. And his hitting fell off when we pulled him off the field too. Screw defense. We aren't good regardless.

Cerantola works too slow. He comes set and stares at the plate a good 3 seconds before he throws it.
Grip it and rip it. Stop thinking.

He has been the only positive of today.

I told my wife, he doesn't have enough rhythm.
