Can't have Leggett and Forsythe in that 8-9. So I go Leggett at SS. At least that gets Cumbest's bat in the lineup over Forsthe. And Legget is just as good at SS as Logan or only slightly worse.

So my lineup would be:
1. Rowdey, CF
2. TA, RF
3. Hancock, 1B
4. Logan Tanner, C
5. Dubrule, 2B
6. Kam James, 3B
7. Kellum Clark, DH
8. Cumbest, LF
9. Leggett, SS
That's our best offensive lineup and our D is what it is.

Baseball is a funny game. What if Harding makes that double play instead of the error in the first inning? changes the whole game. I blame Lemonis for not using Sims at some point.

Lemonis has managed as bad as the team has played today. We're gonna lose this game without even throwing our best pitcher. We have to play better and he has to manage better. Smh

The game is on the players as it always will be.
Our staff was complete shit this weekend. Hitters didn't do enough. Fielding was atrocious. Players weren't mentally ready to play at a high level against a vastly weaker opponent.
With that's said, I'm not alarmed. We are having to mix a bunch of stuff up because we cannot get what we need out of our players. If it happens weekend I'll be concerned. But for now I'm not worried. Worst weekend we've played all year. It's not who we are. We will bounce back.
Don't go overboard and chicken little this thing. It happens because it's baseball.

This is basically his second season. I still question if he can win a championship and believe everyone should. This team crapped the bed with a championship for the taking. We haven't killed it in recruiting or coaching IMO. This team is nowhere near what he and Foxhall thought it was.

This. Still sucks but this is a good take after our weekend bed shitting based on YTD.
