Smith has given us a chance we probably didn't deserve. Will we capitalize? Probably going to take a walk off bomb to do it, especially now that Lemonis has killed the rest of our order with defensive subs

Looks like they're changing pitchers. This guy has good numbers too. 15 hits in 33 innings with 58K's.

We could have 2 on no outs.

Yes, but you can't depend on the ump to call it

True, but that ball was a very low off the plate, Rowdy just went down and got it.

Leggett, sigh. We have some guys in the lineup that are just automatic outs. That's why I'm concerned about the post season. We just can't hit up and down the lineup. Leggett and Hatcher couldn't hit a basketball.

You could literally pelvic thrust a baseball across the middle of the plate to Forsythe and Legget, and they'd swing through it for strike 3

And there it is. Death, taxes, Hatcher grounder to second.

Glad to see Hatcher hasn't lost his stroke. Best dribbler to 2nd hitter I've ever seen.

This is frustrating. Hatch with his patented grounder to 2nd. I guess it's a plus he didn't strike out. Baby steps.
